Why do you want to do Triathlon training? You should know the reason 1st. It is very helpful in boosting yourself, to groom your personality. What else you can do it? Your inner confidence will be high. You can lose weight. If you want to feel better about yourself, try triathlon. How can you do it? Sounds difficult? Do not worry. I will guide you each and every step of it.

There is no hard and fast rule to do it. Here is a misconception that aged or weak people can not do it. I strongly believe it everyone can do it. One should have will power. If there is a will, here is a way. All you have to do it just to have little patience and be persistent. You have to set a time. Make promise to yourself that you will definitely do it 3 to 6 times per week and keep reminding yourself. If you are running shortage of time, do not worry. Here is a solution. If you work out for 30 mints, 3 times a week, Total 6 hours a month, it will not take enough of your time.

The first thing you need to do is make your goals. First decide, how long you can continue your 1st triathlon period. What distance you want to cover? I would suggest you to do 15 miles sprint, it will be a great choice to do 1st. it's up to you, that you swim or bike. The minimum requirement you need to do is to cover 15 to 20 miles per week. From this you will get to know how flexible you are.

Make your body flexible.

You can not just run or swim for how many times you want. Your joints will hurt. You need to put less pressure on your joints to make them familiar with this workout. Start your workout with simple walking. Those, who are overweight, their knees can cause pain. They can start with biking. It will be better and their joints will be used of it. Continue to walk for 2 to 3 weeks. Your muscles will be thankful to you.

When your body becomes flexible and joints are ready to work out, then you will enter into the 2nd step of training, focus either on running, swimming or biking. You have to do just one thing for another 5 to 6 months to make your body familiar. By including this into your routine, you can be habitual off running or swimming daily without hurting your joints.

You will start one activity at one time to make your body used of it. After including all of the three activities in your routine, you are now ready to start your triathlon with all three sports. You have to do each activity twice a week. You may plan your schedule on your own choice, either do each activity twice a week; this will give you one day off or do any of two activities one day and rest of the four days with one activity, this will make your 2 days off.

If you skip any one day, it will make you dizzy from doing nothing. This is not a good sign. Make you day start with triathlon. You will feel fresh and energetic and it will make you to boost your self confidence too.
